Hey guys! In my opinion, the seminar was great (: Rev. Jack Sin was so comprehensive, that when it came to the Q & A session, I really had no questions to ask.
Anyway, I have to agree that Pastor made a good conclusion about the whole VPP, VPI, is-our-translation-reliable issue. He asked everyone in the room: "most importantly, do you read the Bible? Did you read it this morning?". Now that is of utmost importance. To me, people should not be divided about this issue, but they should have faith and undertake the first and foremost step: to read the Bible and pray every day.
Second thing is, Christ did call for the unity of the church after all.
"I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." - Ephesians 4:1-6
